There is a variety of groups to get involved in within GWGRA. All committees promote commoradory and particpiation! Consider your talents and interests, then shot an email to the committee chair to get involved! Watch the calendar scroll and news for upcoming meetings and information.
GWGRA Committees and Chairpersons:
Entertainment, Social & Dance, Ben Reagan
Entertainment & Dance coordinates a variety of social events and activites for GWGRA members; including the holiday party, BBQ's, pool parties, and Thursday/Saturday country dance lessons.
Membership, Jim Sparks 
Membership involves administering the various activites in managing GWGRA membership; including processing new memberships or renewals, change of address, dues collection, and membership submission to our parent organization the International Gay Rodeo Association.
Rodeo Planning Team, Ray Ostmann 
This is a fun and busy group, especially during the weeks preceeding our rodeo! The Rodeo Planning Team manages and coordinates all the aspects of our rodeo.
Fundraising, Carol Arnett 
Fundraising is the lifeline of the Association, working together with the Royalty Team raising funds to run the Association as well as funds to produce the Gateway Regional Rodeo.
Marketing and Public Relations, Open Chair
Marketing and Public Relations provide the tools necessary for promoting the Association as well as the Gateway Regional Rodeo. They also coordinate all press releases and public information concerning the Associaton and Rodeo.
