IGRA Contestant Entry Form
Per IGRA Rules, new contestants must be or become a member of a recognized IGRA member association in order to register and compete. Non-member contestants may join the hosting association at Registration.
New contestants MUST attend the New Contestant Meeting prior to the start of the rodeo on Saturday afternoon in order to compete, per IGRA Rules. Meeting time and location will be posted at Registration on Friday night.
Entries for all contestants with an assigned IGRA number must be complete and postmarked by a government postal service. Postal entries accepted only by check or money order.
Late entries will be charged a $50 late fee with the exceptions listed in the IGRA Rules.

Please note that checks will not be accepted during onsite registration, per IGRA Rules, but we do welcome cash, money order, Visa and Mastercard. GWGRA is waiving Contestant Late Fees and refunding the added $25 if the contestants have only registered to compete one event both days.
Stall Fee/Horse Information
Contestants are provided at one (1) stall at no cost. Additional stalls may be reserved at a fee not to exceed $25 per stall and the appropriate amount of stalls must be noted on the pre-registration form, either on line or by mail. The Barn Manager will assign stalls upon check in. Stall shavings are available at $8 per bag from the Mark Harrell Quarter Horse Center. Hay will not be available for purchase. It is the contestant’s responsibility to know and obey Illinois laws regarding health certificates and current Coggins papers. You must provide both to the Barn Manager at time of check in.

2010 Exhibition Livestock Health Requirements - County Fairs
1. All horses and other equidae, twelve (12) months of age and older attending an advertised equine event, shall be accompanied by a negative test for equine infectious anemia (EIA) conducted within the last twelve (12) months. A copy of this test shall accompany the animal.
2. AGID (Coggins) or ELISA tests are accepted.
3. An advertised equine event means a show, rodeo, sale, auction, exhibition, trail ride, or shorse fair that is posted or media promoted.
4. A CVI is not required for Illinois equine.
Out-of-State Equine
1. All out-of-state equine are to be accompanied by an entry permit. Permits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (217) 782-4944.
2. All horses and other equidae entering Illinois that are twelve (12) months of age or older, shall be accompanied by a negative test for equine infectious anemia (EIA) conducted within the last twelve (12) months. A copy of this test shall accompany the animal.
3. AGID (Coggins) or ELISA tests are accepted.
4. All horses and other equidae shall be accompanied by a CVI issued within thirty (30) days prior to entry.
