2010 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

EVENT SPONSOR - $1000.00

Ø  Your logo on the official rodeo poster, all rodeo advertisements, and on the GWGRA website.

Ø  Your Event sponsorship includes 2 event buckles and 20 event ribbons.

Ø  Banner placed in the arena. (not to exceed 4 feet x 6 feet provided by sponsor).

Ø  Full Page Color ad in the rodeo program. (ad must be provided by sponsor).

Ø  Public acknowledgement during the event at the rodeo (minimum of 4 announcements each day) and opportunity to present the buckles at the rodeo awards ceremony on Sunday night.          

           

CHUTE SPONSOR - $725.00 (4 Available)

Ø  Your logo on the official rodeo poster, all rodeo advertisements, and on the GWGRA website.

Ø  Your chute banner sponsorship includes 1 banner (approx. 1 ½ foot x 6 foot provided by GWGRA) that will be on the front of the chute gate and 2 additional banner (not to exceed 4 feet x 6 feet provided by sponsor) will be hung in the arena.

Ø  Chute named after sponsor and acknowledged by rodeo announcer each time contestant exits that particular chute. (Example; John Doe, coming out of the _____chute).

Ø  Full-page Color ad in rodeo program (ad must be provided by sponsor).

Ø  Public acknowledgement at the rodeo awards ceremony on Sunday night and the

             opportunity to present the buckles.

 

Roping Box Sponsor- $725.00 (1 available)

Ø  Your logo on the official rodeo poster, all rodeo advertisements, and on the GWGRA website.

Ø  Your chute banner sponsorship includes 1 banner (approx. 2 foot x 6 foot provided by GWGRA) that will be on the Roping Box and 2 additional banner (not to exceed 4 feet x 6 feet provided by sponsor) will be hung in the arena.

Ø  Roping Box named after sponsor and acknowledged by rodeo announcer at least 15 times each day while roping events are happening. (Example; John Doe, coming out of the _____Roping Box).

Ø  Full-page Color ad in rodeo program (ad must be provided by sponsor).

Ø  Public acknowledgement at the rodeo awards ceremony on Sunday night and the

            opportunity to present the buckles.

 

SPECIAL EVENT SPONSOR $350.00   (2 available)

Ø  Half page Color ad in rodeo program (ad must be provided by sponsor)

Ø  Banner in Arena during special event ( sponsor must provide banner)

Ø  Listing in the rodeo program as Special Event Sponsor and public acknowledgement by the Rodeo Announcer throughout the Event

 

 

BUCKLE/RIBBONS SPONSOR - $250.00           

Ø   Half page Color ad in rodeo program. (ad must be provided by sponsor)

Ø  Buckle and ribbons for one event (1 buckle and 10 ribbons)

(To sponsor the Wild Drag Race event, add an additional $125.00; includes

3 buckles and 30 ribbons.)

Ø   Listing in the rodeo program as a Buckle Sponsor and public acknowledgement by

the Rodeo Announcer throughout the rodeo.

Ø   Public acknowledgement at the rodeo awards ceremony on Sunday night and the

opportunity to present the buckles

 

 

ADDITIONAL SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES

 

 

Ø  Large banner in arena (not to exceed 4 feet X 6 feet) $ 150.00

             (Banner must be provided by sponsor)

 

Ø  Small banner in arena (not to exceed 3 feet X 5 feet) $ 75.00

Ø  Wild Drag Event Costume Contest  $300.00 (Added Prize Money)

o   Half page Color ad in rodeo program (ad provided by sponsor).

o   Announcement during event,

o  and you can be on the panel of judges that will judge the costumes.

 

Ø  Porta Potties sponsorship $75.00 each. Can decorate as you see fit. (Must be approved by GWGRA and be in good taste, nothing obscene).

 

Ø  Contestant Comfort Station/ Fruit/Bottled Water and Energy drink for Contestants/Staff $250.00

o  Half page Black and White ad in rodeo program ( ad provided by sponsor)

o  Banner in Arena (banner provided by sponsor)

o  Announcements throughout the day by the rodeo announcer.
