Vendor spaces are available on the rodeo grounds for $125.00 single booth or $200 double booth(business or individuals) $50.00 (non-profit) for the entire weekend. 

Gateway Regional Rodeo Vendors will not be allowed to sell food, tobacco, drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), or pornographic material.

Booth space assigned on first paid, first placed basis.  Payment received date determines placement order.  Vendors may set up beginning Friday, August 29 after noon.  Vendor areas are available inside the arena lobby and around the arena.  Only the lobby will be locked overnight.  By signing below, vendor acknowledges GWGRA assumes no responsibility for security of vendor inventory during the rodeo or during overnight storage.  Fees do not include table skirting or tents.  Not for profit vendors must include proof of 501c3 Status.  This is a rain or shine event.
