There are a variety of groups to get involved in within GWGRA.  All committees promote camaraderie and participation in our organization.  Consider your talents and interests, then let us know how you’d like to get involved.  Watch the calendar for upcoming meetings and more information.

GWGRA COMMITTEES

Entertainment, Social & Dance

Entertainment & Dance coordinates a variety of social events and activities for GWGRA members; including the holiday party, BBQ's, pool parties, and Thursday/Saturday country dance lessons. 

Membership

Membership involves administering the various activities in managing GWGRA membership; including processing new memberships or renewals, change of address, dues collection, and membership submission to our parent organization the International Gay Rodeo Association.

Rodeo Planning Team

This is a fun and busy group, especially during the weeks preceding our rodeo! The Rodeo Planning Team manages and coordinates all the aspects of our rodeo. 

Fundraising

Fundraising is the lifeline of the Association, working together with the Royalty Team raising funds to run the Association as well as funds to produce the Gateway Regional Rodeo. 

Marketing, Public Relations and Webmaster

Marketing and Public Relations provide the tools necessary for promoting the Association as well as the Gateway Regional Rodeo. They also coordinate all press releases and public information concerning the Association and Rodeo.
